We are taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

We are taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

We will be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile we cover and every pound we raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
