My Brother 🤍

Wednesday 9th Apr

Our lives were turned upside down on Sunday 2nd March when my brother sadly lost his mental health battle.

Dale was my brother and best friend and life really isn’t the same without him, in fact it is so much harder and we all miss him so much.

Dale was an amazing running, smashing out 10ks in 37 minutes, it was easy for him. I want to do this challenge in his memory and all though I won’t be as fast, every mile done will be for him 🤍.

Please sponsor what you can to make a difference. Mental Health can affect anyone and we rely on these charities to help especially with the waiting times within in the NHS being so long.
