I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK

This May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.

Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.

Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

If you're able to support me, I'd really appreciate it. Your donation will help more people get the support they need, when they need it most.

Thank you!

Bit about me

Wednesday 1st Apr
This is a charity close to my heart. I have struggled with mental health for the last 11 years. Probably even longer without even realising. I have been at my lowest, having thought no one should have, and with support, I have managed to get better slowly. Don’t get me wrong, my mental health can still get bad, and I still have support, but those thoughts are a rare occurrence now. I know how hard it can be. Things do get better slowly but surely. I am proof, and if I can raise any money to help others with mental health, why wouldn't I?
