We are taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

We are taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

We be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, rowing - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alon

Every mile  we cover and every pound we raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

30 mile walk

Wednesday 11th Feb
On Friday 6th Feb, as a team we walked around a nature reserve and managed to walk 30 miles between us.

Wednesday 11th Feb
We racked up 8 miles by using the Gym, rower, stepper, treadmill and cycle machine.
