I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

9 MILES TO GO!!!

Saturday 7th Feb
Guys can you believe it?! We have covered 19 miles since 01st of February!! 9 MILES TO GO! this is the last stretch. I can’t believe how much we have managed to raise so far. This is all down to you!! I’ve never wanted to improve my fitness and my health so much. This has given me the confidence that even on my low days to push myself and get out there. Clear my mind and release the negativity energy. My feet are covered in blisters & yes that’s my own fault for wearing crocs on a 6.5 mile walk. 🤣🤣🤣

Today’s walk

Thursday 5th Feb
Got many blisters from wearing crocs but only another 17 miles to go!!!

Nearly at our target

Saturday 31st Jan
Guys! We have nearly hit out £300 target goal!! We start the miles tomorrow. Super excited. Not long to go now. Please would you all share my link and see if you can encourage others to either join in the miles or maybe donate? Thank you so much to everyone who’s donated and shared so far. I really appreciate you!!!

My reason

Tuesday 20th Jan
So mental health is something that is extremely close to my heart. There is no where near enough support and education surrounding this.  People presume we are just lazy, truth is we are completely lost, we don’t know where or how to ask for help. I lost myself countless times over the years and wanted my life to end. I didn’t know who I was or who I was meant to be. How to fit in or how to just be normal around others. Being ADHD & Autistic also means it is harder for me to cope in day to day life. There are many ways to fall into a deep dark state of mind. It takes a warrior to pull themselves back out. Having good days and bad days along the way. Just because you struggle with your mental health doesn’t make you a weak person it simply
Means you’ve been strong for far too long. 💙
