My reason

Tuesday 20th Jan So mental health is something that is extremely close to my heart. There is no where near enough support and education surrounding this.  People presume we are just lazy, truth is we are completely lost, we don’t know where or how to ask for help. I lost myself countless times over the years and wanted my life to end. I didn’t know who I was or who I was meant to be. How to fit in or how to just be normal around others. Being ADHD & Autistic also means it is harder for me to cope in day to day life. There are many ways to fall into a deep dark state of mind. It takes a warrior to pull themselves back out. Having good days and bad days along the way. Just because you struggle with your mental health doesn’t make you a weak person it simply Share
