So I’m doing a thing…

So 2026 has been a year I’d made a series of commitments to myself…pushing myself out of my comfort zone being a primary one. 

On the 10th October I’m going to be walking 20k with Glow up London in aid of Mental Health UK. (I’m well aware it’s no London Marathon but it’s a start). 
There is no great story attached here but we’ve all got mental health to look after so it’s as good a cause as any, and an area of healthcare support that is vastly under funded and resourced. 

I’d be very grateful for any sponsors to help me on my way, I’m braving it alone so if the sympathy card persuades you there’s that too 💕
