I’ve signed up for a charity place to run London Landmarks Half Marathon next April in aid of Mental Health UK 

If you know me, you will know that there is nothing I am more passionate about that mental health and wellbeing, for men, women, young people… everybody - because diagnosis or not, we all have mental health, and it’s equally as important as physical health, which we’ve still got a way to go in bridging that gap! 

Now, also if you know me, you’ll know this is an ambitious goal and going to be a challenge. It’s going to require dedication, not just to training, but to getting well and keeping well. 

I’ve got 9 months and a target of £350 to raise for Mental Health UK. Any donations, big or small are truly appreciated and will go a long way. 

If I can get across that finish line, it will be an incredible achievement, for the charity and also for myself on a personal level.
