Hi guys, I am taking part in the 28 Miles in February: Move it for Mental Health challenge!
This cause means a lot to me and my loved ones and getting out to walk the dog is also my favourite way to boost my mental health, so I figured I may as well try to raise money for an amazing cause whilst trying to get more active this year.
So many people around the UK are desperately suffering with their mental health, (including myself) and so much more needs to be done to get people the support that they need.
Any donation will make a huge impact, I always tell the girls that lots of littles make a big!
