Hi, my names Callum
I’m 34 years old I have an amazing wife to be, and 2 beautiful children!

As I suffer with mental health myself I have decided to take on this challenge to raise awareness about MENTAL HEALTH and how important it is to open up and talk!
And Never suffer in silence!

My Story

Tuesday 28th Apr
I’m taking on the 31 mile challenge across the whole of may 2026 to help raise awareness of mental health!

Mental health awareness week is from Monday 11th may - Sunday 17th may 2026

It’s estimated that around 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health issue at some point in their life.

Raising Mental health awareness is vital because it encourages open conversations, reduces stigma, and promotes wellbeing.

EVERY ACTION COUNTS!
1- do one thing today
2- have a conversation
3- help us to help more people
4- share one thing you are grateful for
5- tell your story
6- inspire your workplace or school
7- spread the word!

If we all take action, we can help ensure that mental health becomes a national priority and that people can find the guidance, tools and support they need.
