Running the London Half Marathon 2025 for Mental Health Awareness

Tuesday 24th Sep

I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to announce that I’ll be running the London Half Marathon in April 2025. This isn’t just a personal challenge, but an opportunity to raise money and awareness for a cause very close to my heart: mental health.

Mental health affects every aspect of our lives, yet it’s often something people struggle to talk about or seek help for. By running this marathon, I hope to shine a light on mental health issues, break the stigma, and help ensure that those who need support can access it.

The funds I raise will go directly towards organizations that provide essential services such as therapy, crisis support, and education to help individuals and families struggling with mental health challenges. Your support, whether through donations or spreading the word, can make a real difference!

Running 13.1 miles will be tough, but thinking about the people who will benefit from your generosity will keep me going every step of the way. Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing updates on my training, my progress, and how you can get involved.
