10th September 2026 5k walk for Mental Health

I’m taking part in this years Glow up London , Mental Health walk. 
This is Something that is very close to my heart. 
Mental Health has affected my Family and friends is so many ways . 

I’m taking part in , this amazing charity walk to raise awareness and support and remind everyone that they are not alone in this journey. 

People may look ok on the outside, but just remember that they, maybe going through something , So please be kind , check in on someone or a loved one and together we can make a difference. 
Just remember it’s ok not to be ok.❤️
