I'm Running to Support Mental Health UK

I’m taking on this running challenge to support Mental Health UK - a charity that helps people through some of the toughest moments in their lives.

Mental health has played a big role in my own life, and for a long time it was something I struggled to understand and manage. I’ve experienced some of the darker sides of it and seen first-hand the impact it can have. Not just on me, but on the people around me.

This marathon is part of a bigger journey for me, pushing myself forward, growing as a person, and continuing to work on becoming better, both physically and mentally.

There were times when my mental health nearly got the better of me, and I’ve made mistakes along the way that have affected both me and my family. But it doesn’t have to be that way for everyone.

Mental health touches all of us - friends, family, colleagues, the people we care about most. By fundraising, I want to help make sure more people can access the support they need, when they need it most.

If you’re able to donate, I’d really appreciate it. Whatever you give will help someone feel heard, supported, and less alone.
