Tuesday 18th AugI'm taking part in GLOW Up London to help raise awareness, start conversations and remind people that sometimes, the person who looks like they're doing okay may be struggling more than you realise and to check in with your loved ones:)
As someone who has struggled silently in the past, I know how difficult it can be to speak up and ask for help.
I believe it's so important that there isn't a stigma around mental health. You shouldn't have to reach breaking point before you feel like you deserve support. Everyone deserves compassion, someone to listen, and access to the help they need.
