I'm taking on 31 Miles this May for Mental Health UK

This May, I'm taking on 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.

Mental health affects every part of our lives, and with the right support, people can navigate event the toughest times.

Mental Health UK works at home, in schools, and in workplaces across the UK helping people build the tools and condience to navigate life's challenges.

If you're able to support me, I'd really appreciate it. Your donation will help more people get the support they need, when they need it most. As this is something I am so involved with as I have been in a bad place my self especially the past year and seeing help and support is always hard to ask for. But I would like to give back to help others who are in the same situation as me.

Thank you!

My story

Saturday 4th Apr
I’ve always suffered from anxiety and mental health but over the past two years it was became worse with me thinking is this really what I want. I got to the point I was crying everyday, crying myself to sleep, doubting everything and myself. I began to distance myself from everybody and thoughts kept replaying in my mind. Then a few personal things happened which made me worse and I began to struggle with it even more and struggled to hide it and how I was feeling as I’ve always been good a hiding and saying I’m fine and I’m good when really I wasnt. I eventually spoke to the Doctor who helped me with medication and began to focus on my self and slowly I am becoming a little better with coping and finding ways to cope and occupy my mind.
