I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

ChaRoyoke charity walk #1
Thursday 12th Feb Well, we finally got our first walk on the board this morning after delays due to work commitments, gigs, and weather conditions.Very pleased with our first effort. Photos to follow.
