Butterfly Trio: Walking 20K Glow Night Walk to Fundraise for Mental Health UK
Hello, we are Ella, Emily and Iris. We met in a mental health unit earlier this year and formed a unique friendship whilst we were all at rock bottom. With such similar experiences, the three of us were able to form a special friendship that made us feel less alone and made recovery seem possible.
We are passionate about raising awareness of autistic women and girls, the need for autism-friendly mental health services, and the need to improve access to mental health care for everyone. Together we aim to break the stigma around mental illness and suicide that still exists to this day especially around more complex mental health difficulties and those which don't fit the stereotypes. We want everyone to know that there is always hope and that no-one ever has to face these struggles alone.
On 10th October 2026, we will walk 20K to fundraise for Mental Health UK as part of their Glow night walk at Battersea Park, London.
