Mental health

Tuesday 4th Aug
Where do I start having come out of recovery for 10 months i find im in a position where I would like to give back and walk 31 miles for mental health.
Mental health can affect everybody, it doesn't choose it victims.
Many life factors can take their toil and play havoc on ones mind. It can result in social isolation, not paying bills, not getting dressed or washing,  to addiction of drugs or alcholo.  Which could result in homelessness, loss of job, self respect.
I have received very good support following my breakdown in October 2025, I did all those things and the only way out was for me to die. No-one could help me, in my mind they can't see what im dealing with.
Not Mel she's always jolly and happy and enjoying life. Then the cracks show, the house is untidy, bills mount up, leaves job as the pressure is too much etc
Please even if it's only £1 sponsor me for this 31 mile challenge which I plan to do during August.
My life was saved, again but with out funding services cannot continue 💛💜
