Join the Movement: Fundraising for Mental Health UK
I am running the Stockholm Marathon in support of Mental Health UK, a charity dedicated to helping those affected by mental health challenges. Mental health is something that everyone deals with to a certain extent. For me personally, running has always been a way to relieve stress and an outlet when I feel overwhelmed. This marathon feels like the perfect way to raise awareness and support for such an important cause.
