PREM Rugby and Mental Health UK are proud to be well underway in a bold two year national charity partnership.
Since launching last year, the partnership has used the power of Rugby to spark important conversations, strengthen communities, and shine a spotlight on the root causes of poor mental health across the UK. Together, both organisations are raising vital funds, engaging fans and clubs nationwide, and creating opportunities for connection on and off the pitch.
The partnership comes at a critical time. Research commissioned by Mental Health UK and PREM Rugby in 2025 found that 45% of UK adults had struggled with their mental health over the previous five years, while only one in four felt equipped to cope with life’s challenges.
As the partnership continues, both organisations remain committed to driving long-term change, reducing stigma, and helping more people access the support they need.
The Bravery Starts Here Collection
This limited edition t-shirt and hoodie collection sees PREM and Mental Health UK team up with Teemill to champion the idea that bravery starts here, in the small wins, first steps, honest conversations, and everyday moments of trying, even when things feel tough.
