The GLOW experience
Taking part in GLOW mental health charity walk means you can walk and talk with others who are passionate about mental health, and together, you’ll be helping people across the UK to better understand and manage their mental health.
We want to be one of the city’s featured sights that night, so dressing up is encouraged! Be it glow sticks, luminous face paint, fairy lights, or fun clothes.
Friendly dogs are welcome and can dress up too. Please note children 16 and under can take part but must be accompanied by a guardian age 17 and over at all times.
At the end of the circular route, there will be a medal waiting for you, as well as fantastic memories and a well-deserved feeling of achievement that will last a lifetime.
