About the Event
GLOW is returning to London in 2026 and for the first time ever, we’re taking on the city at dawn.
Join us for an uplifting early‑morning walk as the sky brightens, the city wakes, and we welcome a new day together in support of Mental Health UK.
Every participant will receive a FREE limited‑edition GLOW t‑shirt and medal to mark the moment.
Let’s light up the morning, lift each other up, and walk for a cause that matters.
Families welcome: Children aged 16 and under can join the walk for free — no registration needed — but must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or over throughout the event.
Why we GLOW
Some of our GLOW walkers share why they are took on this walk and fundraised for better mental health support.
Your Impact
Here's what you could help us achieve with your fundraising
"It was an honour to walk in solidarity and together raise awareness and promote the importance of mental health. Completing the walk was rewarding in a way that helped me feel good mentally, physically and boosted my self-esteem as I felt I had a purpose in contributing to such an important movement."

The GLOW experience
Taking part in GLOW mental health charity walk means you can walk and talk with others who are passionate about mental health, and together, you’ll be helping people across the UK to better understand and manage their mental health.
Get creative with glow sticks, luminous face paint, fairy lights, or fun clothes.
Friendly dogs are welcome and can dress up too. Please note that those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
At the end of the route, there will be a medal waiting for you, as well as fantastic memories and a well-deserved feeling of achievement that will last a lifetime.
