Saturday 25th AprI'm Humaira, a 28-year-old Speech and Language Therapy student living with Autism and ADHD (AuDHD), anxiety and depression.
Mental health support isn't abstract for me—it's been the difference between surviving and actually living. As someone who's navigated trauma, burnout, and the isolating weight of feeling misunderstood, I know what it's like when access to proper care feels impossible.
I'm walking 20k on 10th October for Mental Health UK because no one should have to fight for their mental health alone, and because the right support at the right time can genuinely save lives. Every donation helps fund services that give people a fighting chance when they need it most.
