Saturday 25th AprI'm Humaira, a 28-year-old Speech and Language Therapy student.
As someone living with AuDHD (Autism&ADHD) and navigating my own health journey, I know firsthand how crucial mental health support is.
I'm walking 10k on May 14th to raise funds for Mental Health UK because everyone deserves access to the help they need. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a real difference.
