Terms & Conditions
By registering to support Mental Health UK in the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2027
using your own place, you agree to the following:
- You confirm that you have secured your own place in the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2027 and that Mental Health UK is not responsible for obtaining or guaranteeing your event entry.
- You understand that your participation in the event is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser, London Landmarks Half Marathon.
- You agree to notify Mental Health UK as soon as possible if you withdraw from the event or are no longer able to take part.
- Any fundraising you undertake for Mental Health UK must be lawful and must not bring Mental Health UK into disrepute.
- All sponsorship and donations raised in connection with your participation will be treated as donations to Mental Health UK and are non-refundable.
- If you create an online fundraising page, you agree that funds raised will be paid directly to Mental Health UK.
- You understand that Mental Health UK may provide fundraising materials, advice, and supporter communications to assist you with your fundraising.
- If you request and receive a complimentary Mental Health UK running top, you agree to wear it where possible during training and/or on event day to help raise awareness of Mental Health UK.
- Mental Health UK accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or expense suffered by participants as a result of taking part in the event.
- You consent to Mental Health UK contacting you regarding your participation in the event, including fundraising support, event information, and stewardship communications.
- Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Mental Health UK's Privacy Policy.
- Photography and Filming
- Mental Health UK may take photographs and/or video footage of participants before, during, or after the event. These images and recordings may be used by Mental Health UK for promotional, marketing, fundraising, reporting, and social media purposes in print and digital formats.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed by Mental Health UK, please contact us before the event or make yourself known to a member of the Mental Health UK team on the day. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in photographs or footage taken in public areas of the event.
- Mental Health UK reserves the right to withdraw support or remove a participant from Team Mental Health UK where there is evidence of behaviour that may harm the reputation of the charity.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
