London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK
Hey friends!
So, I’ll be running a half marathon in April (leaning into every corporate girl cliche), and I thought there was no better cause to support than Mental Health UK — a cause very dear to my heart.
As some of you may know, mental illness entered my family’s life in a way we never expected. From daily hospital visits to becoming carers - it’s been a tough two years!
If there is one thing I’ve learned, it’s to practise gratitude, look after your mind and not take life too seriously. Make time for the people you love and cherish the small moments.
If you’d like to donate, I’d be incredibly grateful, but if not, it would be pretty cool to spend a few pennies on trying to brighten someone’s day - you never know who might need it 😆😁 Thank you so much for the support!! 🌟🌟
