On 11 October, I’ll help light up London as part of GLOW – a vibrant 20k sponsored walk shining a light on mental health. I'm hoping we can turn London’s iconic streets into a celebration of hope, strength, and solidarity.
In Oct last year, my baby brother struggled, and unfortunately took his life. Mental health effects more people than you know.
