How are you feeling?

1 in 4 people in the UK have experienced a mental health problem.
That is why I am challenging myself to go on a long walk and be just a small part of the cause; for Mental Health UK, for each one of the '1 in 4 people', and for myself. 
I hope I can shine a light on their priceless work and continuous support I have been privileged to have access to, as well as highlight the importance of supporting them in being able to continue providing lifelines to everyone.
