Thursday 23rd Jan Hi all, I’ve always been open and honest about my mental health - I’ve been through some struggles with my mind across the years and I have always seeked help whether that be through anti depressants or therapy - both of which have helped me to be man I am today and they’ve got me to a place in my mind and body where I know this whole thing is down to me, this journey of life is down to me therefore I have to put the work in, try and be present and work for the future me - this is where running and exercise come into it.
