Cheltenham Half Marathon for Mental Health UK

I'm taking on the Cheltenham Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!
So, who am I running for?
I am running for the women who carry immense strength. I am running for the women who are surviving that darkness. I am running for the women...
Who are searching for their footing in life, Walking through the unknown with an anxious heart, Just trying to find a place where they can breathe.
I am running for the ones who have always felt a bit detached. The ones who don't quite match what society expects, Who have lived on the fringes of the group, Feeling like an outsider looking through a window.
I am running for the women who find it hard to blend in. The ones who find casual connections difficult, Who see everyone else fitting in so naturally, While they question, “What am I missing? Why can't I be like them?”
I am running for the women who bear the heavy burdens in secret. The ones who shield their pain behind a gentle smile, Taking care of business and staying strong for the world, While quietly fighting their own private wars.
I want to remind you of a simple truth: You do not need to change a single thing to be worthy. You are enough. You are beautiful. You were made to stand out, not to fade into the background.
There is a fierce courage inside you that will carry you through.
You are stronger than anyone ever gave you credit for.
You are not lost, and step by step, you will find your way home.
... that's who I am running for - and myself of course, I am also running for myself
