I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge! I will be running a sponsored 28 miles to raise awareness and financial support for Mental Health UK.Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Tuesday 27th Jan Hi all, a few people have asked about activity updates for mileage. My plan is to continue to increase my miles during training throughout Feb and then run the full 28 miles in one go as a marathon at the end of the month. Thank you for everyone's support so far ! T x Share
