My Why for Fundraising:

I’ve decided to take on this challenge this year as a form of pushing myself but also to raise money for amazing charity! Mental Health UK focuses on providing crucial support and resources for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. By supporting and donating today, you're helping Mental Health UK expand its services, such as support groups, information guides, and specialist advisors, to reach more people in need. Each donation will also contribute to their work in campaigning for better services and support. 

Walking and getting physical exercise has been a great outlet for me, especially since COVID.  I have found going for a walks extremely beneficial for my own well-being and getting me through my own crisis. Everyone deserves to be supported during a crisis and your donation could make that difference.

I’ve decided to put my own spin to the challenge and attempt to get 45 miles in the month of May! Thank you for any donations and support!
