I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

Was feeling a bit crazy and did a mile on the treadmill too lol.

2 miles on the bike today. Feeling good 🤗

Day 11

Wednesday 11th Feb
2 miles out and about today. Not letting my stupid shoulder put me off 🤗

Day 10

Tuesday 10th Feb
Had to take a day today. Hurt my shoulder/chest yesterday so need time to rest. Back out for a walk tomorrow tho!

Monday 9th Feb
2 miles on the bike today. Took way less time but just as tiring. Same again tomorrow me thinks 🤗

Omg that's one week down already! Another mile on the treadmill today 🤗 keeping it up!

Rest day today is well needed. Will be back on it tomorrow tho!

Out and about again. Another 2 miles down.

Very happy with myself. 2 miles on the treadmill isn’t easy mentally but I did it.

Forgot to upload yesterday lol. Another 2 mile walk done.

Decided to go out and walk today. 2 miles done. Well happy!

Another morning at the gym and another mile added. Things are going well 🤗

And we're off!

Sunday 1st Feb
At the gym today! Decided to get my first mile done on the treadmill. Wasn't the only thing I did so it's a good start I say 🤗

Really looking forward to doing this. Any and all support will be perfect. Having suffered with awful mental health for years myself I know how debilitating it can be! So if I can do anything I want to help.
