I’m taking on 10 Miles in 10 Days for Mental Health UK

From 1–10 October, I’m taking on the 10 Miles in 10 Days challenge to celebrate World Mental Health Day and support Mental Health UK.

I’ll be moving 10 miles — whether that’s walking, running, cycling, or wheeling — and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can — together we can make this World Mental Health Day count. 💙

10 Miles in 10 days 💚

Sunday 28th Sep
Mental health matters on the days when life feels overwhelming and on the days when it feels still and ordinary. In the chaos and in the calm, it’s always important. That’s why we keep pushing forward—to make tomorrow better for more people.

A huge thank you to everyone who has shared and donated to support my World Mental Health cause! Your kindness and generosity mean so much, and together we’re making a real difference.

I’m so close to my target of £700 – currently at £675 – and it wouldn’t have been possible without you. Every share, every donation, and every word of support helps more than you know.

Let’s keep the momentum going and reach that final push 💚

Hi Guys
Happy Friday & Jummah Mubarak

A quick message to say Thank you to everyone who's shared and donated to my mental health cause. I appreciate you all.

Mental health struggles affect millions of people, yet stigma and lack of support often prevent them from getting help. By sharing this message or donating, you’re making a difference and encouraging others to share and donate too. 💚

Hi guys... Jumma Mubarak & Happy Friday!

A quick thank you to everyone who's shared and donated on my page. I appreciate each and every one of you.

This mental health cause means a lot to me and I'm sure we can all relate to it or know someone who can.

Wishing you all a blessed Friday 💚

Wednesday 17th Sep
Mental health matters — more than we often admit.
Every day, someone we know is fighting a silent battle. In the UK, 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health challenge this year.

I’m supporting a cause that helps provide real support — from helplines to therapy sessions — and I’d love your help.

✨ Even if you can’t donate, simply sharing this message can reach someone who can.
🙏 If you’re able to give, even £1 can make a real difference.

Thank you guys 💚

Hi guys
“Thank you to everyone who's donated so far. Every contribution shows the power of community and reminds us that no one should face mental health challenges alone 💚

Please keep sharing/donating to this cause. 🫶

Wednesday 10th Sep
From the 1st–10th October 2025, I’ll be taking on the 10 Miles in 10 Days Challenge as part of Mental Health Week UK. Many of you know I love a good fitness and wellness challenge, but this one means even more to me because my mental health matters — and so does yours.

For me, moving my body isn’t just about physical strength, it’s about mental clarity and balance. Walking, running or a workout gives me space to reset and reflect, and that’s why I’m passionate about raising awareness during Mental Health Week.

I’d love your support on this journey! You can:

💚 Donate to the cause through my fundraising page. Every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference.

💚 Share this challenge with friends and family to help spread the message that mental health matters to everyone.

Together, we can raise awareness, encourage open conversations, and remind each other to take care of our minds as well as our bodies.
