I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.
As many of you will know we lost my son Antony to suicide in October 2022.  He was always so happy and smiling and no one would have ever known how much he was suffering with his mental health. If we can stop anyone else suffering the same due to mental health issues this will be a massive achievement. Any donation big or small really can make a difference, you never know when mental health could touch your life or someone you know.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.
