Myself and many close friends and family around me are all struggling daily with mental health so I want to support this as much as I can every little helps towards the making the people I love enjoy even just waking up everyday.

 Hi I’m Steph ! 

Thank you for being a part of my fundraising journey! 

If you’re reading this I’m guessing mental health is probably a big part of your life whether it be yourself or your friends or even your family that are suffering with this horrible mindset. 

It’s a challenge that you have every day with your mind and your brain that just wants to give up, and it can be so draining and challenging even daily tasks like getting out of bed in the morning, getting yourself to work or even cooking yourself a meal they can all be such massive challenges when your feeling low. 

But one thing I do know is that a good walk on your own with a good podcast or with a friend always makes you feel better. It may only be small but it’s a great accomplishment! 

Remember it’s always best to talk to someone, family friends even a professional therapist if you can I’m even going back to therapy myself soon so we can get through this together!  Always remember a problem shared is a problem halved!
