I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Monday 5th Jan So thousands of men & women suffer in silence with mental health, including myself.. walking is a great way to relieve anxiety and great for your overall health.Me, Banny & Olivia are undertaking 28 miles in February not just to raise awareness but also to raise money to help those’d people in need 🍓🩷🐾
