I'm taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!
I want to make a difference to people affected by mental health problems. Every donation, no matter how big or small, brings us one step closer to a world where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. Let's turn awareness into action and create a brighter future for all.
As a person who has personally gone through and continues to go through their own Mental Health issues, this charity really does mean a lot. People throw the word Mental Health around like its not a big deal, but its one of the biggest deals out there! People suffer out loud, people suffer in silence and people also suffer when they don't even realise they have it! I want to take on this challenge to keep spreading the word about Mental Health and get more people talking. It's okay not to be okay, never forget that.
Mental Health UK is dedicated to providing essential support and resources to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, they are at the forefront of driving positive change within the mental health landscape.
