I'm fundraising to support access to mental health services…
I am taking part in the 28 Miles in February: Move it for Mental Health. My intention is to do one mile every day with the goal of being able to run it by the end? This will be a challenge as I’m not sure I can run a mile? Not something I have done since my 20’s! Please show your support and donate whatever you can 🙏🏻
