My 31 Days in May exercise and mindfulness challenge

Hello!
I am hoping to raise some funds for Mental Health UK. Mental health is such an important topic and this year been diagnosed with GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder) myself, I wanted to raise some funds for mental health and I’ve decided to go with a charity called Mental Health UK who are a charity who offer so much support and advice for people in the UK including mental health information, money advice and work related advice etc including work preparation.
The original name of this challenge was 31 Miles in May: Move it for Mental Health 2025 however I’ve agreed with the charity to make this challenge my own and mix it up! I will be doing a different exercise or mindfulness activity/posting information or positivity messages for 31 days in May!
1 in 4 people in the UK has experienced a mental health problem. We won’t stop until everyone has the tools they need to live their best possible life.
