I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles- Walking and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count. Myself as anyone close to me knows I have mental health problems I suffer from anxiety on a daily basis and also depression, From September 2025 I have suffered more from I lost my Nan, my best friend in life!!! I'm doing this to help myself and others suffering.
