I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
Iâm taking on the 28 Miles in February to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.
Iâll be moving 28 miles - as a lot of you know I lost my mobility in Aug 2025 so I will be doing this on my home foot cycle - and raising at least £250 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
