My Personal MH Journey
Tuesday 9th Jun I have struggled with my own personal mental health for quite a while. Back in late 2019 I was referred to the crisis team in Coventry whilst I was at university. I didn't really get how seriously unwell I was then. My mental health has ebbed and flowed over the last few years, but I am doing well now. So I wanted to raise money for Mental Health UK because of the important work they do in raising mental health awareness and providing support to people who are struggling.
