I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
Mental health affects everyone and that's why Im taking on the 28 Miles in February to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.
I will be moving 28 miles - whether thats walking, running, cycling, or wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

My first 2k of 2026!
Monday 5th Jan I managed to complete my first 2k run! I appreciate all the running advice and donations I've received and I can really see the improvement in my running ability 🩵
