I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

Mental health affects everyone and that's why Im taking on the 28 Miles in February to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I will be moving 28 miles - whether thats walking, running, cycling, or wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Thank you to everyone sponsoring me! I've already raised so much for Mental Health Uk and Im looking forward to starting the challenge in February <3 

I plan to spend my time up till then improving and running, so far I can do a mile without stopping... maybe by February I'll be able to run even further in one go!

Last February I struggled with my own mental health, that's why I want to raise money to support others that may be facing the same challenges 🩷

I plan to run 28 miles in February, something that as a non- runner probably won't be easy but I will try my best!
