I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running & cycling. This is coming from someone who hardly hits 5000 steps a day 🫣
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
