I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.Brax and I will be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
So Every mile Brax and i cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
