I'm taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!
I want to make a difference to people affected by mental health problems. Running plays a huge part in managing my own mental health and this will be my first half marathon since being diagnosed with Axial SpA last year. It will be a huge physical and mental challenge for me.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, brings us one step closer to a world where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health.
