This year I am taking part in completing 31 Miles in May: Move it for Mental Health, supporting Mental Health UK.

Anyone who knows me will know that this is a topic I am very passionate about, as I myself have had my own battles with mental health. Unfortunately, even in todays world there is a massive amount of stigma attached to mental health conditions and many people feel ashamed or unable to ask for help. By raising awareness and welcoming a culture of acceptance and understanding, we can end the stigma, and support each other the way communities should. Together we are stronger!

Friday 3rd May
Another gorgeous day for a sunny walk! Couldn’t take photos as my phone was almost out of battery. Made the most of the sunshine!
Also huge huge Thankyou to everyone who has donated so far! Already smashed my £100 target so will increase it and see if we can smash that too!
