I have decided to participate in GLOW London 2024, supporting Mental Health UK.
This is a 20km night walk through London on the 19th October.
Together with my daughter Amelia we will take on this challenge in support of all family and friends who may be suffering in silence, to show them we are all in this together, and are here for you all.
