Hi, my name is Ragen, I am a 23 year old female from the UK. From the age of 13 I have been diagnosed with several mental health conditions, I was institutionalised at the age of 16 and have since struggled with many aspects of my mental heath. Mental health is something very close to my heart as a lot of my friends and family members have also struggled with their mental health too.
