I'm fundraising for MENTAL HEALTH/BRAIN HEALTH/WELLBEING

I am taking part in the 28 Miles in February: Move it for Mental Health challenge! Please support the cause and donate today.

You have at some point been impacted by mental health in your life or someone you know. FACT

You may be dealing with mental health or trying to be of some support to someone.

Brain health/mental health issues has been on the rise since 2020 and will only get better when the community start working together on this issue.

Nobody should feel alone in a mental health battle.

Nobody chooses to have a mental health condition (it’s a chemical imbalance in the brain)

Imagine being in a deep ditch with no ladder, no rope or tools and no hand reaching down to pull you up.

Yeah that’s exactly how it can feel and suicidal cases are on the rise.

Be more aware, be a little kinder, show more compassion and empathy and leave judgement behind as it’s what puts people into a state of shame to reach out when they need help. And those that reach out for help, thank them for their courage and feel privileged that they chose and trusted you to help, if you can’t then refer them and be honest.

Even a random smile or a kind gesture can lift someone’s day.

So many people hide struggles and mask at work, around friends and family and the community only find out how bad the struggle was at a funeral.

Less funerals more help
