London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK
I'm taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!
I want to make a difference to people affected by mental health problems. Every donation, no matter how big or small, brings us one step closer to a world where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. Let's turn awareness into action and create a brighter future for all.
Mental Health UK is dedicated to providing essential support and resources to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, they are at the forefront of driving positive change within the mental health landscape.

8km run today
Saturday 21st FebFinally a run without rain 🙌🏾
I underestimated how hard it would be training through winter. Don't let me suffer without reaching my target please 😂
Any donations of any amount is seriously appreciated xx

6.5km today
Saturday 7th Feb Long run in the rain that was both refreshing and annoying. I underestimated training in winter as it was freezing. I couldn’t move my fingers by the end of the run so I definitely need to buy some running gloves. My Amazon water proof hat was more water resistant than water proof as my hair was still pretty wet by the end 😂 Hoping that my next run can be on a dry day. Share
Training week 3
Monday 2nd Feb 4km easy run today and dare I say it…it felt easy. I don’t want to get ahead of myself as obviously I need to be able to run 21kms by April 😂 Anyway, I’m enjoying the process and a little bit of fear will keep me motivated. I’ve got this. Thank you for your continued support. X Share
2nd run
Friday 23rd Jan It really feels like the shorter distances are the hardest. I think running after work is much harder than a morning session too. I will try to stick to mornings or early afternoon I think from now on. Share
Day 1 of training
Tuesday 20th Jan I’ve officially started training for the LLHM. I can’t believe that I’m actually doing this but it’s just one foot in front of the other for around 3 hours hopefully 😆Thank you to my Sponsors
